long story short; I’ve a relatively short cycle of 22 days. I tend to ovulate soon after my period. I track CM and for this month I’ve taken my temp at the same time every morning.
im now experiencing headache, nausea, my boobs are heavy and sensitive and have been for a couple of days, crampy and really sharp pains in my vagina like zaps every so often, no cm (unlike me). Maybe I’m starting my period early but my chart this morning (Flo app) has moved my ovulation date to another dip in my temp reading. My ovulation I believe happens on the first dip as CM was consistent.
can anyone explain the second dip or why Flo app changed dates? I’m trying not to symptom check but kinda feeling body hijacked but that could be down to bad headache.
