Ovulation tests - is this right?

Hi,

I took 2 easy at home tests within 1hr 15 of eachother (different urine for each). The first test was very strong and ‘peak’, and the second was weaker. They are both easy@home.

I’m very new to ovulation testing, is this usual? Could the second one perhaps be weaker because my pee was a lot more diluted and very clear?

Some people have a very short surge so it could be! I would make sure you DTD to cover yourself. You will likely only know from doing a full cycle of testing though. Sometimes it looks like peak, but only in hindsight can you see that it wasn't quite it as you have a darker test to compare it to. Where in your cycle are you? Any other signs of ovulation?
