Hi everybody looking for some insight I guess four years ago when I had my son I did a LH test and it came back very positive like the line was so dark and that was my indicator that I was pregnant. I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive. I am currently 11 DPO I took a test yesterday at 10 DPO . It was negative. I decided to also track my LH and I realise the lines are getting darker. I’ve attached pictures. I don’t know what’s going on. I’m going to try a test today in the morning.

anyone else had a dark line on lh

fingers crossed

Yes ovulation tests will be positive if you’re pregnant. Or you can be ovulating again, it does happen sometimes. Why don’t you just do a pregnancy test?

Ovulation tests often get darker (and occasionally even positive but that’s less common) before your period. It’s very common. They can sometimes detect pregnancy but they’re not better than pregnancy tests. So if a pregnancy test is negative then the darker ovulation test is just picking up the normal hormones.
When pregnant an ovulation test will sometimes show a glaring positive like you’ve had previously (but not this time. So far your ovulation tests are not positive). But in those cases a pregnancy test will also be positive. I believe this is because HCG and LH are similar. So if a normal pregnancy test is not detecting any HCG the ovulation test will not be better at detecting it.
