Invalid test?

I am 12dpo. I'm also assuming that the pink dot to the right of the control line would mean the test is invalid? The very faint line has a pink colour in real life and came up within three mins.

It's a brand of test I've never used before and it's got my hopes up but I think it's invalid :(

I'd already thrown the fmu today so will try again tomorrow anyways.

I dont think that spot would make the test invalid. In the photo I cant see a second line but thats not to say something isnt there. Try again in a couple of days and you will know for sure..
