We’ve been ttc for the past 4 months. I’m finding the ttc journey really difficult and I’m full of anxiety and worry. I’m trying my best to look after myself, self-care, diet, exercise, good sleep… but it’s really affecting me. Does anyone have any advice for me? My partner is 36. At what point do we go to the GP about this? I’m finding my cycles really emotional now. Currently on my period 💔

Hey @PeonyPatch I'm sorry you're going through this. Why don't you join us all over on June/July TTC thread

We've been active on that one this month and will change it to July/August soon. ❤️🙏🏻

If you’ve only been trying for 4 months I wouldn’t be worrying at this point. Took me 14 cycles at 39. Chill. Take it easy and stop stressing.

Do you know you're ovulating? Are you doing LH tests and have you have progesterone checked at 21 days? Those are first steps probably. The blood test is easy, just ask doc, it'll confirm ovulation. LH strips might take a couple of months to get good data, you need to do them consistently so you don't miss your peak

Oh no, I haven’t done anything like that. Can you explain?! I’ve been using ovulation tests by clear blue and I do get the smiley face! I’ll join the thread you mentioned, thank you 💛
