We’ve been ttc for the past 4 months. I’m finding the ttc journey really difficult and I’m full of anxiety and worry. I’m trying my best to look after myself, self-care, diet, exercise, good sleep… but it’s really affecting me. Does anyone have any advice for me? My partner is 36. At what point do we go to the GP about this? I’m finding my cycles really emotional now. Currently on my period 💔

If you’ve only been trying for 4 months I wouldn’t be worrying at this point. Took me 14 cycles at 39. Chill. Take it easy and stop stressing.

Oh no, I haven’t done anything like that. Can you explain?! I’ve been using ovulation tests by clear blue and I do get the smiley face! I’ll join the thread you mentioned, thank you 💛
