BBT understanding

Hi all, I have started BBT after not having much luck with OPK’s. They rarely show positive for me but I have been pregnant before.

This cycle of ovulation seemed different as I had some spotting on my most fertile days. I’ve ran this through chat gpt and it seems to think I have ovulated on day 13 but looking for some personal expertise in understanding the chart. Thank you 😊

I’m not an expert but from my understanding bbt normally drops before ovulation then rises, I would say day 17 looks like ovulation. Xx

It’s so hard to say without a decent baseline from the first half of the cycle, as FF won’t know what your average pre-ov temperature is. But I agree CD 12 or 13 have potential- and you could try a pregnancy test in a day or two.
