Aged 37, TTC 2nd baby for 10 months. Am I finally pregnant?

Hi all.
My daughter is about to turn 5 and we have been TTC 2nd baby for 10 months now.
This month, due to being away for work, we only tried once and it was on ovulation day. I honestly thought we had no chance this month.
But now I’m at 18 dpo and period not arrived (3 days late for me). My cycle is very regular and so I’m trying not to get my hopes up too much but I really feel it might have finally worked this time.
I’m going to hold off on testing for a few days I think. so I’m making this post to hopefully get some good news stories from others who have been in similar position and as a distraction from the wait 😂

If you are pregnant and your dates are accurate I think all tests are 99% accurate now

I didn’t test until I was 6 weeks as I was so frustrated with negative tests. And I was sure we had missed our chance but it actually worked. Good luck!
