Morning girls, that’s it really, looking for 2WW buddies to get through the longest part of the ttc cycles !
I’m 1DPO, cycle 8 for a first baby 🤞🏼

I did another test this morning and the line is slightly darker but not much, I feel like it should be darker for 13dpo. I think I’ll test again on Monday morning to give it time and see what it looks like then

@EllieWalesIt's definitely a line and thats the main thing right now! It is still early and you dont know how late you implanted. Apparently HCG roughly doubles every 48-72 hours, so if your doing a test the next day you may not see much difference. Id leave it a few days like you say and do another 🙂

Aww @bigbaggyblueit’s exciting having a new baby join the family but I know it can be tough to hear when you’re TTC. I have very bitterly scrolled past multiple Insta posts of friends announcing pregnancies this year

@EllieWalesyeah so happy for them obviously but to find out on the day I know I’m not pregnant felt like a kick in the teeth! Then I feel silly for feeling so upset when it’s only cycle 1 of trying! Pull yourself together girl 😙 x

@bigbaggyblueit is super tough, i completely get it my sister and both my sister in laws have announced pregnancies while ive been trying. It's not easy. Your time will come though, you know your body can do it 🙂 hope your doing ok!

I’m on CD11 after what seemed to be the longest AF ever because of the spotting in the lead up. Should ovulate towards the end of the week. Hoping for some positive news soon, and trying to take some of the pressure off/stop obsessing (hence the radio silence on here for a while) but it’s easier said than done!

Thanks @MegLS I did a cheap pink dye test this morning and it’s definitely positive. I know that will be hard to hear when you’re feeling a bit deflated with it all, I hope you get your BFP soon 🫶 I tried to be more laid back about it all this cycle but I really struggled, it’s so hard not to obsess!

@bigbaggyblue it doesn’t matter what cycle you’re on you can still be disappointed. As @Lh4503 said your time will come ☺️

Yes im okay, today will be the worst day for me as it's the day I lost my last pregnancy, so im a bit on edge. I just need to power through this week and ill feel better when I hit 6 weeks on Friday 🤞 Lots of symptoms though tests are darker so all much better than last time. Trying to keep positive!

Thanks ladies 🤍 I’m excited but I also know there’s a lot that could go wrong still so I’m trying (and failing) to stay cool, calm and collected 😂 symptoms wise I’m not sleeping very well and get that sicky/hungry feeling if I haven’t eaten but that’s really it at this stage. I don’t remember being so anxious when I was pregnant with my son but he wasn’t planned. I think it’s just because it took so long to conceive.

@EllieWalesIt's scary, time needs to go quick lol 😆
First I had cramping felt like milder period cramps & some twinges, sore boobs, sometimes worse than others. Needing to pee a bit more, smell more and some smells makes my stomach turn recently. Constant hunger. Fatigue. Some nausea but not sure if that's just anxiety. Aches in my lower back and my upper back like mild flu right when I found out.

@EllieWaleshow are you doing 😁? I’m 2dpo today, assuming I ovulated on the 16th and did the deed on the 14th and 16th. Really hoping for a wonderful positive before Christmas 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

I have an 8 week scan booked in for a couple weeks time and plan to tell family at Christmas all being well. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to hide it until then though I’m so bloated I look 20 weeks already 😂

Hope all is ok 🤞 I've then got my 12 week scan booked for the 22nd Dec just in time to have a good scan pic to tell all the family and my little one, who has asked santa to be a big sister for Xmas. @bigbaggyblue sounds like you’ve timed things well, fingers crossed for you!

I’m currently 7dpo after ovulating really late - CD21 instead of my usual 16/17. We did SMEP again so I know we timed everything well, but unfortunately I once again started with very light pink/brown spotting yesterday evening and again today which I’ve experienced the last few months, so I’m 99% sure I’m out. At this point I’m getting a bit concerned that something’s not quite right so I’m going to try to get booked in with the doctor.

I'm sorry you've had that spotting again. I would absolutely go to the doctors they can run bloods, swabs and send you for a scan, they did for me and it was all fine but definitely put my mind at rest because i was convinced something was wrong.

@MegLShow many cycles have you tried for? Is this for your first baby? :)
