Chemical pregnancy

First time TTC and I took a test the day before my period was due which was positive however took another test the next day and it was negative and my period started. I'm just feeling really disappointed and feel like it's such a long wait till we can try again and then the TWW again which was tough. How do you manage all the waiting? It's going to be so hard!

That is very disappointing, im sorry that happened to you. The waiting is the hardest part. I guess while im waiting to move forward with ttc is just try to move on with my every day life and try not to think about it every second of the day. I have other kids so instay pretty occupied, and i make sure we have days out for lunch or i head over to the library for a new book, and just stay busy so im not climbing the walls or spiralling out of control mentally with the next steps to move forward. We have just started a new ivf cycle and have waited since april to try again and I thought I was going to go crazy as nothing was going right and each month was cancelled for one reason or another.
