My test this morning, definitely darker which I’m happy about, but my temp went down slightly today other than being tired, still have no symptoms!

That’s a good line! Here’s mine for comparison, it’s good to have someone at a similar stage! Think you’re a day ahead?

I'm 12dpo today and my temp has taken a nosedive so I'm waiting for AF to show up now. I'm quite liking not squinting at tests that I take too early. And I'm still getting my information fix from temping. On to the next cycle, which I think is cycle#8 with an 8 week miscarriage and a chemical mixed in there too. 37 ttc#3.

peanutForever · 09/07/2025 09:30

Hey ladies i have more spotting but its red like AF is on her way..been referred for bloods to epu so hopefully they call me today/tomorrow!

SureLook · 09/07/2025 09:36

@Mushroo & @Papill19 lines are looking good ladies!

@peanutForever ah, sorry to hear that. Are you having any cramping or anything?

ChaE05 · 09/07/2025 10:07

@Esssasame here but I'm onto cycle 9..miscarriage and chemical in there too. 10dpo and period due tomorrow..or hopefully Friday if I have managed to lengthen luteal phase. Did it take you long with your first 2? X

ChaE05 · 09/07/2025 10:09

@peanutForeverthinking of you and hoping you get some answers! It's crazy how you go from cloud 9 to all consuming anxiety. The whole process of ttc is the worst. Doesnt even stop when you get that bfp x

Esssa · 09/07/2025 10:18

@ChaE05 my first was first month trying. Went all in with the smep method. My second was literally once last minute as we were trying to sway for a boy and it worked. So now karma has come back to bite me and making #3 difficult. I'm actually 7 pregnancies in due to losses before my first earthside baby as well as since my second. I had no losses between the two so it was a shock to be back here again tbh. Thought my body had figured it out. Clearly not. I was also 32 and 34 when I conceived the other two so being older probably isn't helping either.

peanutForever · 09/07/2025 10:24

Hey @SureLooknothing more than light period pains but my symptons have duller down a lot, tbh it is expected given my past but i was hoping for happy news this time and i am still hoping as i had with my son too and hes now a healthy 4yr old, fingers crossed x

Mushroo · 09/07/2025 10:30

@peanutForever thinking of you, hope it all settles down

ChaE05 · 09/07/2025 10:40

@Esssamy goodness, just too many losses 😔 I'm sorry, it just makes pregnancy 100 times more anxiety inducing. I hope we have our rainbow babies soon! I realised mc was common but I guess I was naive in thinking once I had the first the likelihood of it happening again was slim. I'm also putting it down to age at this point...38. As tests I've had done so far have all come back normal x

Esssa · 09/07/2025 11:03

@ChaE05 I'm just waiting on results from the RMC at my local hospital. Bloods so far say no real issues with lupus or clotting. Fibrinogen was just borderline high so they may repeat that in 12 weeks or not who knows. Still waiting on thyroid bloods and I've a non pregnant scan of my uterus and kidneys next week.

LuckyDuck93 · 09/07/2025 11:20

Hi Ladies,

Thanks for the tag in the new thread, CD5 for me today so coming out of the feeling sad and getting more towards feeling excited for the month ahead..as excited as one can be after 13 months ttc any way 😂
As much as im sad to still be on the thread, very glad that ive got all this company to stop me going mad!

hollyhocks2 · 09/07/2025 12:49

@EmPeEf Yes I'm using Premom, fourth cycle using it, I think it's great. When I look back at my other period tracker (no BBT or OPKs so fertile window just a guess) I feel like we just weren't BDing enough. It felt like plenty(!) and to be fair I did conceive twice, so it was enough I suppose, but if you compare it with a SMEP approach it was much less. This month we might manage to do SMEP, give or take.

That is so nice that it's made a positive difference in your relationship - honestly that's no small thing because I'm sure many couples find the stress of TTC puts a strain on the relationship. Bit of both for us I think, definitely more stress and difficult conversations and he doesn't like seeing me get overwhelmed, but we do feel closer. Now we've got the ball rolling with some testing I feel he's more on the same page too.

Let me know what your OPK says tonight!

@megan345 where are you at with yours today?

@peanutForever so nerve wracking, I feel for you. Everything crossed.

Mummysparrow · 09/07/2025 13:11

i took a FRER this morning before work and dismissed it as negative. Took photos before I chucked them away and left for work but the weirdo I am has decided to look at the photos whilst on lunch. I am pretty sure it is negative but part of me thinks there is something there. I am only 8dpo so still early

just tested now- 0.44 so rising, i think i’ll either peak tomorrow or day after x

Howtonamechange · 09/07/2025 13:47

Sorry I can't see anything on there but it's still early days. Try again in 2 days. @Mummysparrow

peanutForever · 09/07/2025 14:56

@Mummysparrowi see what you mean in the first pic i dont know why? Like theres a line that disappeared. I think you will know by tomorrow

@1Birdsongim really hoping theres nothing to worry about as i know bleeding can be very normal as ive had with my DS and hes 4- its now gone back to light pink spotting. I had to show my DH the worst of it then he fully understood why i was worried- i then proceeded to have a good cry sobbing on DH shoulder this morning and actually the crying helped. The validation is really helpful to be honest as i think yday i think he he thought i was being a bit dramatic but reassuring nonetheless now totally understands. Off to epu tomorrow so will keep ypu all updated x

Papill19 · 09/07/2025 15:28

@peanutForever I really really hope everything is okay, I’m sure there is nothing to worry about but keeping everything crossed, have you had any cramping? X

SureLook · 09/07/2025 15:43

@peanutForever fingers crossed it's just hormones and your body being funny. Keep us posted x

@Mummysparrow I can see something in the first picture but it doesn't have any colour to it. Is there colour in real life?

ForGiddyDreamer · 09/07/2025 16:31

@peanutForever I hope everything is well. It's great that they are seeing you so promptly.

I got an appointment with my GP next Friday. They said they don't do bloods on Fridays so I will likely go back again. I feel relieved to just start having that conversation. I've been researching private fertility testing clinics around my county too. Pricing for the tests does not seem to be too unreasonable: 100 euro for AMH, 400 hycosy.

EmPeEf · 09/07/2025 17:34

@hollyhocks2 super faint last night but I was really hydrated.

First one today is a 0.24 though, which is sort of medium range for me. My highest last month was 0.34 and BBT confirmed OV.
I wish I could better do a SMEP but I think I need another month or two of understanding my cycle.

Does BBT drop before OV? I had a super low temp of 36.22 last reading.

EmPeEf · 09/07/2025 17:41

Here’s how my chart is going. Would LOVE to see a bit LH test spike like everyone else gets though lol. Think we’re packing the sex in a bit better this month.

EmPeEf · 09/07/2025 17:46

Comparing it to last month we did it a couple of days before and the day after predicted OV, because I was expecting to OV CD19 or CD20, and it totally came out of the blue and I wasn’t getting LH strip surge results. Just wasn’t enough sex at other times of the month to cover off early or later OV. Hardly surprising I didn’t get pregnant when you look at it like that. So hopefully timing things better this month.
