Am I crazy or is there a partial line on this hcg test?....

@YKM2829 i think waiting for 14dpo would be wise. You're still early on. When is AF due? The spotting isn't heavy or period-like, which is a better sign.

@PinkLineDreams11thay looks like a fault test unfortunately due to the line being partial. I would recommend you do another test

Have you got another one? I think it's more likely to be faulty or an evap if the line isn't full, try another one🤞🏻

I hope you're ok. I can imagine you're feeling very nervous, but spotting can be normal, some women have more if the uterus is clearing anything out from before, so try not to panic. I can't talk, I haven't even had a positive test yet this cycle and I'm nervous of another chemical, it's natural to want to protect yourself. Thinking of you and hoping so hard it's a good outcome. If not, we're all here for you. Xx

@Kerrylf that's good the results were normal. Can you ring and ask about the progesterone?

@Starlightnights welcome! I'm so sorry about your loss. Throw those CBs in the bin. I don't know how they are still allowed to be sold. Try and get pink dye tests instead. They're more reliable.

@Nightshift110 yeah, you could be out by a few days then. What are you thinking? Will you test again?

@YKM2829 I'm sorry it's all so uncertain. I would wait to use the CB digital for another few days like you say. Could you get bloods done anywhere to check HCG levels?

@PinkLineDreams11 I can see something at the very bottom of the test. I wouldn't take that as a positive cause it would need to be consistently thick the whole way. How many dpo are you?

I'm finally 1DPO today, didn't manage to catch a huge peak on LH tests but it did rise & temp is way up this morning. Think i've decided if it doesnt work this cycle im not going to LH test next cycle, ive been psychopathic about it this month trying to catch the peak, for someone who has the willpower to not pregnancy test until a missed period, wow I do not posses that willpower with LH tests, they drive me mad! Next cycle will just dtd until my temp goes up!

Sorry been quiet, nothing going on over here. CD9 today and started OPKs because I have EWCM. Ovulated on CD14 last month so may be a bit premature. CD14 this month my husband is away for the night because he’s going on an all-dayer 🙃 so guessing he’ll be out of action on the Sunday too, how crazy would it be to ask him not to drink 😖 He goes out only a couple of times a year so feels a bit OTT but equally we only have a few days each month to maximise chances!

Morning all! Neg First Response again this morning 🥴 didn't get my first faint until 10DPO last cycle though, so maybe tomorrow I'll see something. No more spotting, so I'm finding that hopeful. I was checking back through last cycles notes and was expecting boob pain to start 8/9DPO then last night (8DPO) like clockwork the familiar boob fireworks started. I'm not cramping like last time and PDG tests are still positive, so I'm hopeful those are all good signs 🫣 having blood tests later, progesterone and pregnancy, so although I'll probably know from the FRER's before I get the lab results, at least the bloods will be definitive!

Oh @YKM2829 I'm thinking of you and keeping all my fingers crossed. This waiting and limbo is so tough and frustrating. Your head must be all over the place. Hold on to hope where you can. Although I know how you must want to protect yourself, the odds are on your side.

@DorsetGirl89 Hope blood tests go well today, hopefully they'll get the results to you quickly so you don't have to wait for long. My hospital has about a 1-2 hour turnaround on hcg blood results.

@hollyhocks2 weirdly, your username is VERY similar to my real name. So I have to keep reminding myself that I'm not you! Ha ha. But it's all sounding really positive. Keeping fingers crossed! And hope these first few weeks pass quickly.

@LuckyDuck93 Ive always admired your hcg test resilience! If and when I feel ready to try again, I'm going to take a much more relaxed approach I think. Largely because I know I'm a stress head but also because, if I do get pregnant again, I'd want to find out as late as possible... If that makes sense. I want to find out when there's more of a chance it'll be successful. And not have so much of the early anxiety. Easier said than done though! Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

I am in a bit of a state, driving home I just started getting really intense cramps, like period levels cramps, I had to unbutton my trousers and pull over. I haven't got any bleeding, but I think it was about same DPO last cycle I started cramping which was the chemical, so I'm feeling pretty anxious 😩 I've got my team to cover my work rest of the day and I'm gonna go get bloods done now and come home and rest. I'm so scared bleeding is about to start 😭

Oh DG, sending love. Must be very triggering from before but try to remember you don't know that it is that yet. Could be a normal period and a shortish cycle. But that of course will be very disappointing in its own way. Or could be a freak tummy cramp nothing to worry about. So so stressful though ❤️ I'll be thinking of you today

Just read your updates from today. I hope you try get some rest today, do something to help your mind. I am holding out hope for you this cycle.

No symptoms to suspect positive like my last two. Boobs were always so sore when I was positive and haven't had that. Just lots of intense cramps and AF is due Thursday I believe. I have accepted that I might be out for this cycle though xx

@DoubleDandelion Could you dtd before he goes out for the day and then hopefully that is enough to catch your peak. However, I would feel the same as you. We do so much in TTC, so i don't think it's a big ask for him to not get obliterated 😂x

@hollyhocks2 , thank you. I'm so hypocritical because that's exactly the advice I'd be giving too but can't listen to it myself 🫣 I'm hoping it was trapped wind, after walking about in the hospital and being active the cramps have gone. I've been so bloated and gassy this week, so driving about all morning might've just caused some cramps when I was sitting down? I dunno sounds like wishful thinking maybe, but they've gone now, so I'm taking that as a good sign. Last cycle they didn't stop, I was cramping for days and brown spotting got heavier and heavier, I've had no spotting at all today, not even the pink CM, So I'm going to relax. I've had bloods now, so I can phone later or in the morning to get those results from my GP. I'm currently lying on my bed with a cuppa and 3 gorgeous fluffy dogs on me, which is where I plan to stay for the rest of the day. The dishwasher can load itself for all I care 😆👌🏻❤️🐾

@DoubleDandelion ah, that's annoying. DTD as much as you can in the lead up and asking him to take it handy and not get absolutely wrecked. I don't think that's much to ask in the grand scheme of things!

@DorsetGirl89 best of luck with the bloods. I hope you're feeling better now. My initial reaction is that it's gas. Gas pain can be so sore! Maybe a little bit of stress as well which has a massive affect on the gut as we all know.

What on earth?? I thought I had my peak on CD 16 ladies i’m supposed to be 4dpo today:( i’m not able to bd now as i’m away for a few nights yet ahhhh I’ve been cramping since yesterday and a little tmi but i’ve had very stretchy cm mixed with creamy cm but it’s not clear like ewcm it’s more an off white colour so i’m not sure if that’s fertile? I didn’t really have much cm through my “fertile” window this cycle so now i’m worried!

Oh no! That's frustrating. It looks like initial LH surge wasn't enough to trigger ovulation so it tried again, hopefully this time it will trigger, that must be so annoying though. This is exactly what I was waiting for this cycle, I didn't think my peak was high enough to trigger ovulation, so was waiting for second surge (which in my case didn't come and I have since confirmed initial peak did trigger OV) When did you last have sex? If in last few days and you ovulate tomorrow it could still be hanging about waiting! If not, are you already away or could you chuck in a quickie before you go? 😆🤞🏻if not, when you back?

Are there any ladies on here who are trying for second and wondering about the affects of breastfeeding on fertility? My period this month was so different to my others whilst breastfeeding, really hoping it's a sign that things are going back to normal...it seems heavier too so hoping my lining is building up again

We last had sex the 18th i’m honestly devastated im so gutted I feel like crying I can’t believe I missed it we have literally had sex everyday leading up to the 18th and i’ve put so much effort into this cycle:( I’m considering leaving early and going back tomorrow now lol but idk if it’s too late:(

My cm is like lotion textured though and I thought that was anti sperm and not fertile??
