Ok, still early, so don't worry too much. Cycle to cycle is different, implantation could happen on different days etc. Last cycle I didn't get first vvfl until 10DPO, then another at 11DPO until neg at 12DPO. Some people on here last cycle thought mine were evaps, but my Dr looked at them and said no, they were faint positives, combined with all my obvious symptoms and spotting, so I think it's very unlikely to get 2 evaps in a row with colour? I think us early testers really put ourselves through a rollercoaster, but I'd rather know than not, so I get it.

I'm ok, I had pulls/twinges early hours this morning and just had a slight pink discharge (7DPO) so obviously I'm getting my hopes up despite trying not to 🫣 I'm gonna try not do a first response until Monday (9DPO, maybe 10DPO, still hard to pinpoint) I'm going for blood tests that day and they're going to check for pregnancy as well as progesterone, so that'll be definitive this cycle, in case the same happens and I'm left wondering if it's evaps.

I really think you should stay hopeful, keeping everything crossed for you 🤞🏻❤️

Ah that sounds really promising for you. I know what you mean about wanting to know, I wish I had the will power to leave it closer to AF, id save a lot of money ha. Try keep busy this weekend and please report back on Monday, got everything crossed for you also 💞 x

ForGiddyDreamer · 19/07/2025 13:15

Goodness, so much to catch up on this morning! You are all always up much earlier than me 😂There's just me and the dog here this weekend as DP is staying at his family home as his dad is unwell. I am cd 9 today. Depending how he is, DP might be home mid-week but I can see us missing this month. Will try my best not to be annoyed about it because of the circumstances but it will feel frustrating. And I can rant about it here - I'd obviously never say anything to him as I would sound (rightly so) very selfish.

@Marvelftw Welcome, I am sorry to hear about your loss. Lots of us here in that unfortunate club xx

@EmPeEf I can see a very faint line on the second post you uploaded. Fingers crossed it develops into something!

@DorsetGirl89 I can be terrible for symptom spotting too but that all sounds promising. Fingers crossed too!

@YKM2829 Your spotting could be anything else and you're not out yet. Hoping you get a sticky bean!

@Iris2024 You sound like you covered yourself very well this month. You are also on the countdown to that lovely holiday in Greece! I am sitting looking out the window at the grey Irish sky so Greece sounds absolutely wonderful xx

@Kerrylf I won't use CB after those indents I have had, particularly last month. It's such heartache. But maybe that shadow will be something for you.

SureLook · 19/07/2025 13:39

@EmPeEf you're better off waiting, even though it's so hard! I've not used Wondfo's myself but I haven't heard good things.

@Taysonic I'm so sorry to hear it's still so uncertain. I think in your shoes I'd do the same, just in case. I know exactly what you mean about the potential of another loss. It's heartbreaking.

@YKM2829 I'm so sorry, it's so shit. Sending hugs ❤️

@Iris2024 fingers crossed 🤞🏻

@Kerrylf sorry to hear that ❤️

@DorsetGirl89 oh, exciting! Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

@ForGiddyDreamer I hope DP's Dad gets better soon, for your sake and his!

peanutForever · 19/07/2025 13:41

@EmPeEfthose loom awfully like my so called indents that were positive, please test tomo fingers crossed for yoou

@Taysonicyou are so strong big hugs it sounds like an ordeal so i am not surprised you feel this way, i hope things get easirr and you get your rainbow baby soon

Also.. sorry to ask but.. what do I do now? Do I speak to my gp?

Mummysparrow · 19/07/2025 17:12

@boredinmy30sit depends on your area. I used to have to call my GP at about 6 weeks to book a midwife appointment for 8 weeks but they have changed in my area to a self referral to the midwife. Tbh not much going on until after 8 weeks

EmPeEf · 19/07/2025 17:36

@YKM2829 thats so shit. Will you try with a digital at all to get some answers? Sending love x

Crossing my fingers for those experiencing positive signs!

Congrats to you @boredinmy30s ! Amazing seeing it written out like that. Praying for a sticky one for you x

@boredinmy30scongratulations!! 🥰 how long had you been trying xx

ChaE05 · 19/07/2025 21:07

@ForGiddyDreamerof course it's completely understandable and your frustration is valid too! Just bad timing. I really hope his dad is okay and he also makes it home in time for ovulation! Do you know when you are due to ovulate? X

ForGiddyDreamer · 19/07/2025 21:20

@ChaE05 I usually ovulate about cd 12/13. I wasn't going to test this month, following what the doctor said, but given he might not be here or might be late back next week, I did a CB ovulation test this afternoon and it gave me the empty circle. I usually get the flashy around now. So maybe Tues or Wed. If he's back on time, I'm also hoping he's feeling up to it - which will be the other thing.

ForGiddyDreamer · 19/07/2025 21:21

I've been doing a new cardio workout for the past 2 days & have did myself in anyhow 😂walking about like john wayne after squatting too low. Probably just as well as he's not here this weekend!

SureLook · 19/07/2025 23:11

@ForGiddyDreamer oh no 🙈 just make him do all the work 😂

amey44 · 19/07/2025 23:53

EmPeEf · 19/07/2025 07:52

I’m gonna try and hold off from testing as much as possible, I’m terrible for it. I’ve ordered an early digital that’s arriving Sunday.

Do Wondfo’s have evap/indent lines as well? This time I see something on that one (top) instead.

I had either really really awful false positives or a chemical with wondfos i’m not 100% which it was but I ended up getting af and they were still showing positive while on af 🙃

I feel like I can see a line on the easy at home though :)

Iris2024 · 20/07/2025 00:30

@ForGiddyDreamer Awww yes my love, we are off to Greece next Saturday and AF is due at the end of the holiday. Would be nice for it not to come but I won’t hold my breath 🫣🤣 I totally understand your frustration and I’m sure you will be fine and hopefully 🙏 your partner will come home and be in for another cycle.

@SureLook Thank you ☺️

@boredinmy30s Congratulations Darling! How exciting!! How long have you been trying for?

BambinaBoo · 20/07/2025 02:43

Hi, everyone.

7 DPO here experiencing cramping & a raised temperature. TTC. How is everyone doing now? When would everyone recommend I take an ultra early test from?

ThatNimbleOP · 20/07/2025 05:20

Hello everyone,

13DPO, or 12DPO…(really need to start temping!) AF not arrived yet.

Has anyone just had a feeling they were pregnant. Had it with my first and weirdly just “knew” yesterday but then the feeling left a few hours later 😂 bodies are so weird. Either way not woken up to red this morning but plenty of time for that. Not testing!!

If no period by next Wednesday I’ll test. No more intense cramping though, was only a couple of days.

DorsetGirl89 · 20/07/2025 05:32

BambinaBoo · 20/07/2025 02:43

Hi, everyone.

7 DPO here experiencing cramping & a raised temperature. TTC. How is everyone doing now? When would everyone recommend I take an ultra early test from?

@BambinaBoo I'd recommend waiting as long as you can honestly if you don't want to drive yourself nuts 😆 How long have you been TTC? If not long try to stay relaxed about it and don't test until your period is due ideally. (Although most of us find that impossible, so only you know yourself there) Do you know you're ovulating and both of you are fertile? For me personally as stressful as last cycle was, early testing let me know I had a chemical pregnancy (first positive 10DPO), but totally negative at 12DPO, so if I hadn't early tested I wouldn't have known at all, at least I know now that we managed to conceive and if I had another chemical I could let me Dr know there was a pattern. Also, depends what tests you have? If you're using the most sensitive tests then start testing around 9DPO if you're feeling the need! Have you had any symptoms or implantation signs? HCG isn't usually high enough in first morning urine for at least 2 days after implantation and that normally happens 6-12DPO, so that's why people normally get first faint positives ranging from 8DPO (although that's still super early) to 14DPO (although most have lost hope by then, a late implantation means a late positive!). Either side of those windows aren't unheard of, but less likely.

In short, 7DPO is most likely too early, although not impossible, most people don't get positives until 9DPO onwards on the FRERs and often later, so hold out for a couple of days if you can. Hope you got back to sleep! 😆❤️

SureLook · 20/07/2025 07:37

@BambinaBoo some people start testing from 8dpo but you may not have even implanted by then. Early testing became a very negative experience for me so I try and hold out until 12dpo minimum. You're more likely to get a fairly accurate result by then and there's no wondering and hopes building to then be disappointed. When is AF due?

@ThatNimbleOP well done on holding out with the testing 👏🏻 when is AF due? I knew I was pregnant on my third pregnancy (blighted ovum) before I tested. I was emotional, tired and my stomach was rock hard. The biggest giveaway though was a craving for McDonald's 😂

hollyhocks2 · 20/07/2025 08:00

I've had a busy few days with family celebrations which was an excellent distraction at the end of the TWW.

I'm 11DPO today and I have a faint but clear second line (is more pink than it looks in the photo). After my two early losses in autumn/winter I feel very cautious. I'm pleased but not elated, I'm not anxious but I can't say I'm excited either. It's a weird feeling. I know you'll all understand. Let's see what the next couple of weeks bring I guess!

@hollyhocks2 congrats, that’s a great line! Fingers crossed it sticks for you 🤞🏻🤞🏻

hollyhocks2 · 20/07/2025 08:21

I'm all caught up now! You busy lot!

@YKM2829 I think we must be pretty much cycle sisters, if you were 9/10DPO on Friday? I was 9DPO then. I was thinking to test again in 2 days but as you've found it can just create stress thinking of you.

@Taysonic you've been going through the most horrendous time. Totally understandable to take a massive pause at this point, probably very sensible. You need to rest, heal, process, grieve, and then start to get your life back. The cost of all this can be huge can't it thinking of you.

@Nightshift110 you're on the rollercoaster too! Argh. It's a minefield! Fingers crossed for you.

@DorsetGirl89 your story is very moving, what a lot for one woman to carry. I really really wish you all the best, that you have caught this cycle and that the pregnancy-safe treatment works beautifully for you.

@EmPeEf eek!! Well, watch this space I guess! Everything crossed.

@Kerrylf sorry you're not feeling hopeful now, all hope is not lost though.

@boredinmy30s congratulations! Wonderful BFP. There's nothing quite like your first positive pregnancy test. Gorgeous!
