I found some that are expensive but they’re “food grown” which is science I know works due to my partner being in the skin care industry, so contemplating something like that as well.
Would people be willing to share what they’ve learnt on their TTC journey and share tips or information on if anything is detrimental? (Like the vitamin A in my multivitamin).
Currently I take a multivitamin with A, D3, E, C, niacin, B6, B12, biotin, zinc and iodine.

I currently don’t have anything with selenium which apparently is good for thyroid?
