Hello!
Not really sure what I’m looking for but hopefully some advice or maybe even experience.
have been TTC #2 since August last year with no luck. Have been tracking my cycles since my period came back in Jul 23 after breastfeeding my daughter for 6 months and they are sooo irregular!
This is just my past 6 cycles, but haven’t had 2 consecutive months of my period arriving on time in 2 years now!
Have been back and forth to the GP and had bloods done and a scan to check for PCOS but all seemed fine.
Has anyone had similar and tried something that really helped regulate their cycles? This can’t be normal but feel I can’t pester the GP about this issue again!!! Currently on cycle day 67 with no signs of Aunt Flo.
Thanks so much!

Hiya, before I had my first my cycles could range from 31-54 days and same as you had all the tests for PCOS which I was also found not to have. However taking inositol (which generally is recommended for PCOS) has really brought my cycle lengths down. I'd stopped breastfeeding in Aug 24 and my cycles were up around 40 days but now taking 4mg inositol daily they've been between 30 (my shortest ever) and 35. I just think my cycle is super sensitive though like any medication or significant stress can delay ovulation and sounds like maybe same for you! I'm going into cycle #3 TTC #2 as well. One thing from first time round is I think even if you're cycles are long, if you're ovulating you can conceive, I ovulated around CD30 with my son (and the cycle before that which ended in a chemical I think I ovulated around CD40)
