TTC Support? Month 7

Hey ladies

Been using ovulation strips and having sex in fertile window for around 7 months. Had a chemical month 2 and nothing since, had read all this stuff about being more fertile after a chemical as well 🥲

Not even having enough time to test before my period starts either. This month I had 8 days between ovulation and period. Ordered a multivitamin and vit B to try and increase my luteal phase. I used these month 2 but didn’t end up ovulating until day 23 and wondered if that’s why it didn’t stick. I normally ovulate day 19 and have a 28 day cycle.

I know it’s only 7 months but this is the point where I’m starting to worry something is wrong and just need some support. I’m 28 and my DH is 30.

Hi @Another5am there’s some regular threads going (like one named June/July that should be near the top of the list) that are really supportive.

its worth seeing your GP if your cycles are a bit out of whack/luteal phase sometimes short, for hormone tests if you haven’t already. Even if it’s before one year TTC, they’ll usually do it if you’ve identified an irregularity to be checked out.

Hi, very much in the same boat of 7 months TTC, however have not been using OPKs, but will start using them soon. Have to say it is very deflating

Thanks both! Yes I might call and ask for some hormone tests. I’m not sure what’s going on. Yeah, it’s very deflating and I have a baby shower next week. I’ll join the other thread! X
