I had mine done at my second c section, I’ve had no issues what so ever. Periods are normal and regular!! I was a bit sorer right after my second section but nothing major as I was home and dealing with 2 under 2 a few days later !

At 29?????

if you’re only “considering it” please don’t do it as it’s a massive decision and you need to put a lot of throught into it. If you don’t want hormones, ask for a copper IUD.

You’re so young and you MIGHT decide you want more children in the future. You also might not and that’s fine. But please have a proper think before making such a huge decision.

Crazy at 29! I hadn’t even had my first baby by your age and I’m now a mother of five.

I don't think your crazy, I think that's an odd thing to say as nobody knows your circumstances or reasons for considering it. I'm 34 and booked in for my 3rd section it's been offered to me by my consultant and also considering it.
