When did you get your first positives?

When did you get your first positives on a pregnancy test? I'm 12 DPO and negative. AF due sometime within today and the next 3 days according to my flo app

My period was due on the 14th of the month and I didn’t get a positive test until the 27th.

I wasn’t testing regularly though and I must have ovulated late.
