Pink / brown spotting

I have been due my period this week and had all my usual period cramps but instead had light pink / brown sometimes a tiny bit of blood as spotting. No real period, I keep waiting for it to come but no sign. Definitely not pregnant so not implantation bleeding.
Had a smear test and transvaginal scans in December and all was clear.
any ideas??

Have you been ill at all? I had what I think was Covid a few months ago & my period that month was just as you described. It was then normal again the next cycle

Interesting!! No I haven’t, I’ve recently started exercising again, 1 year ppt. So wondering if that’s affected it. Thank you for replying

I posted a thread today as I’ve had the same thing! Haven’t been ill, the only thing that’s different is we went on a boozy relaxing holiday!
