TTC but need help with my Cycle

Hi,
So me and my partner are TTC, however after taking Pregnacare for the past 3 months, this month I have not got my period.
I am usually regular, around the same time each month, but this month I'm 5 days late, and all negative pregnancy tests.
I read some threads about how Pregnacare can mess up cycles so have come off this for past 2 days.
Problem is I don't know when I will ovulate next or how to track it because my period hasn't come!
Any help would be wonderful!

If you are worried about missing your ovulation window you can use the CB ovulation tests for that. They aren’t the cheapest but I found them way better than the other ones.
