Hcg levels at 6ish weeks

So I had bloods done on Friday, my levels were 20600, then bloods again Monday were 30801….. would you say these numbers are of a viable pregnancy? I know they say they have to double but in current updated research some women have had viable pregnancies with only a 35% rise. I understand it’s not always the case but for around 6 weeks ish would those numbers be good? I have no idea what’s what with hcg levels tbh I’m just looking for any sort of information on it 🤍 thank you x

Hi, I’m sure they say it should double every 48 hours. Are these the only 2 tests you’ve had?

would you consider having a scan? At 6 weeks it might give you some reassurance?

I’ve had a scan at what I thought was six weeks but it was just a sac nothing else. I’ve ready studies they don’t actually have to double. I’ve got a follow up scan tomorrow where they’ve told me to expect miscarriage, I’m just holding on to any hope it’ll be ok 🥺 xx

I’m sure it’s just a general rule, there will definitely be exceptions 🤞🏻 Hopefully your dates are just a bit out 🤞🏻 your numbers are high which sounds positive

im praying! Im ok just feeling so on edge like im trying to prepare for the worst I just have so much hope that’s all x

im pregnant with my 2nd. I think im about 5 weeks now. On Tuesday my hcg was only 1,100 and they were happy with that. It had increased from 124 the Friday before. I had a scan on weds and could see the sack which they said was expected at that stage. I’m going in 2 weeks for another scan to hopefully see progress 🤞🏻

were you tracking ovulation? I wasn’t, so I’m not sure about dates
