Positive ovulation test whilst breastfeeding

Hi I’m 42 years old.
gave birth 6 months ago. I had a Positive ovulation test recently im breastfeeding and had no period since last pregnancy. Is it possible to ovulate? And get pregnant? Hoping to get pregnant asap. As age is not on my side.

I’ve never don’t ovulation tests so maybe someone else can help you on how reliable they are. If baby is sleeping through the night or you combi feed it will increase your chances of conceiving.
