Date for progesterone test?!

Hi,
Please can anyone help.
Getting my bloods done after multiple chemical pregnancies.
My cycles vary between 25-33 days recently.
I tend to get a peak on ovulation tests on cycle day 13 or 14 recently.
I started my period on 1 June.
Day 21 falls on a Saturday.
Should I get my progesterone tested on 20 or 23 June or neither?!

I’d say day 21 if your ovulation is 13/14 as that’s pretty much the ideal timing. If you did it on day 23 it wouldn’t be too bad either.

It’s difficult if you don’t track cycle (ie OPK and BBT) to know your ovulation day, as you ideally want to test 7 days after ovulation. I’d probably go for the Friday though rather than Monday but it’s tricky! Could you ask if they’d test both? (I’ve never done this but would solve the problem)

Thanks both - my thoughts were to do the Monday (later date) as can get pregnant, but cannot sustain at all, so would rather see progesterone level further on in the cycle to see if it's too low, but not sure if that makes sense.
