Could I be pregnant?

Found myself in a TikTok and google hole looking at ‘typical’ natural cycles charts. I have irregular periods, but wondering if I could be pregnant from higher temps and an ‘implantation dip’?

Hello, only time will tell !

This can happen and still not be pregnant. Happened to me before :)

A so-called implantation dip is due to a normal rise of oestrogen in the middle of the luteal phase. Basically, if oestrogen 'trumps' progesterone, your temperature dips, which is why some women get them, and some only get them sometimes (or never) because it's a specific balance of hormones. Personally I only have them occasionally, and it's only ever happened on a non-pregnancy cycle. But Fertility Friend did a study and found that statistically a mid-luteal dip was linked to a slightly higher chance of pregnancy.

Another rise today, still negative.
