No idea when period should be due?!!?

Hello, I have been using the contreception (SP) injection which lasts for 3 months for a while now, I came off this approx Feb. I have not had a period since? So I've no idea when Im actually due a period and if this is normal?

We have been trying for a baby for about a month now, but have tested and got a negative. Thing is Im not really sure when I should test? And cant afford to keep buying tests! LOL!

I have woke this morning with really bad period like pains and feel groggy and sick, so not sure if this is a sign my period is eventually coming.

Has anyone else been like me and no idea of when to test etc?

I used the injection years ago and had no period whilst on it. I had my last injection in the March, got my first period in the November (5 months after the end of the 3 month contraceptive period iyswim) and conceived dd in the January/February.

That does help - at least I know that it can take time for them to get back to normal
