Sort of light hearted
I know you can’t read anything in to a triphasic chart but my chart is triphasic (first time) , my RHR has risen by between 7 and 10 along with the BBT rise, I’m 11dpo but bfn.
Should I be hopeful or are my BBT and RHR just fucking with me?
