Hello everyone.

We are experiencing secondary infertility and are looking to pull pull the trigger on IVF. We had no issues conceiving our first child, but have had a miscarriage at 10 weeks and a couple of chemical pregnancies whilst TTC for our 2nd child over the past 18 months. For ref I have just turned 40, no male factor issues and I have a relatively low AMH of 4.6.

Our front running IVF clinics are Kings College Hospital with Dr Beebeejaun and Lister Portland with Rahim Salim.

We are struggling to choose a clinic - they both seem really good, they seem to be similar in price and both Drs incredibly knowledgeable.

Does anyone have good (or bad!) experiences at either of these clinics? I know that every persons experience is ultimately down to personal experience which will of course vary person to person, but any information will help.

Thank you so much.

Hi! What did you decide in the end? I am starting IVF with Dr Salim at the end of May.

Hi @KKD09we actually ended up going with Lister Chelsea, after a family friend recommend Dr James Nicopoullos. Can’t recommend him enough, we never got to the actually IVF stage because the early stage tests threw up some issues we had to fix first. James was the only Dr who mentioned these quite specific tests to us, after several miscarriages. These led us down a different path pre-IVF and we ended up getting pregnant naturally in November and I am due in 7 weeks.

Lister Portland and Lister Chelsea work closely together, so I’m sure you are in great hands.
