Have had this around 3 days. Once or twice. Never get it that colour before period. Could it be implantation?

Spotting can be so many things. It’s best to ask your doctor if it persists, or if you feel pain. It’s unlikely to be implantation bleeding because most women won’t get implantation bleeding.
