How to read these opks?

Hello!

Can anyone shed some light please...

My ovulation tests have looked like this for 6 days, along with ewcm. It's not quite a positive is it?

Brief history: 41, irregular cycles since mc 2 years ago, currently CD 74.

What annoys me about these opks is the dark left edge of the test line, it's always there. Am I to read that edge or the rest of the line as the result?

Thank you 💚

Have you done a pregnancy test just to rule out pregnancy? That is dark to be sustained for that long.

Mmm I would say it is positive?
but agree with pp to do a pregnancy test as when I had wonky OPK’s that’s how I discovered I had been pregnant. Let us know OP!

Hi 👋🏻
Definitely not pregnant, confirmed by tests.

My last 2 cycles have been 62 days and 74 days, both with LH surges lasting 6/7 days. I'm booked for a second round of bloods to see what's going on with my hormones because clearly something's up...

Weirdly I realised that my cycles went even wonkier (doubled in length) when I started taking COQ10 6 months ago. Ever heard of this supplement over-extending cycles? Seems to be a few women over on Reddit who claim a connection.

It’s not pregnancy, it’s pcos. Some women with pcos have very high LH levels just by default. Which is why OPK aren’t a reliable way for them to track ovulation. Your irregular periods indicate you probably have pcos :)
