1% Morphology

If your partner improved his morphology, how did he do it?
We’ve had two SA 6 weeks apart, everything else, count and mobility is super, morph has been 1% both times.
He is on Proceive Max, 200mg coQ10 and Nordic Naturals prenatal omegas. The coQ10 and omegas were only added in the last month.
I would really like to try and avoid the ivf/icsi route if at all possible.

My DH had 1% morphology and he started taking Exseed supplements and CoQ10 but he also made dietary changes. He didn't have a particularly unhealthy diet/lifestyle but he stopped smoking and drinking, and he started exercising more and eating cleanly. In 3 months he was tested again and it went from 1% to 4.5%.

Do you remember what dose of coQ10 he took? Husband’s diet could definitely be improved upon and alcohol will have to go too.

It was 200mg of Coq10. Def cut out the alcohol and live a bit cleaner and you should def see an improvement.

Who recommended you do a SA only 6 weeks apart? Sperm takes 70 days or something to renew.

Maybe try Impryl? But it’s one or the other so don’t also do eg Proxeed otherwise there will be reductive stress

The consultant recommended it. By the time it was done it was probably a bit closer to 8 weeks.
Is Impryl to be taken with Proceive max or instead of?

I’d say instead of (that’s what one consultant told me)
