BBT- Have I ovulated?

Hi there, could anyone help decode my BBT chart. Have I ovulated? I had a peak clearblue test on Sunday morning. Also how accurate is bbt testing? This is my first month! Thanks so much for any help. I have also attached temps in writing with times and wondering if they are too sporadic. X

I would guess you ovulated yesterday or today if you peaked Sunday so you might get a bigger rise tomorrow! I find bbt quite accurate but I do it with my oura ring so I feel like I can’t do it wrong🤣

You will probably see a bigger rise over the next few days, it can sometimes take a while to rise much higher. I am a slow riser too!

@Thisisouryear2025 @BGxxx Okay great! So it dosent rule out that I havent ovulated yet? I had my peak on Sunday so i’m hoping that I ovulated Sunday/Monday as my partner is now away for work!

@helz879 not yet but as soon as you get the bigger rise it will, fingers crossed for tomorrows temp!!

@helz879 I would doubt that you will get your peak Sunday and not ovulate within 48 hours. You are probs a slow riser x

@Thisisouryear2025 @BGxxx unfortunately had a dip this morning no rise so ovulation i guess is unlikely!

@helz879 Potentially an an ovulation then? Or you are yet to ovulate? Did you get EWCM? Are your cycles regular?

There is such a thing as a dip on 2dpo (which you would most likely be if you ovulated 24hr after your peak). I think it's called a fallback rise.
But the point is that temping is a whole pattern. Individual temps can be wrong, so you sometimes need to wait quite a few days after ovulation before you can be certain it's happened. Patience 😉

@MauraLabingi @BGxxx hahah patience unfortunately isn’t something i’m very good at! darn adhd!!! its very annoying!! this is my updated graph as of today! Had a CP last month so pretty fixated at the moment! Thanks everyone for comments ❤️

@helz879 I know it’s the hardest thing in the world to do because I am struggling so much with this myself at the moment too, but it will happen when it happens regardless of bbt and graphs and opks. I had a CP last August when we weren’t trying. We started trying in Jan this year and so far nothing! Semen been tested and all ok and so far my bloods are ok, more tests being done tomorrow on CD4. Sometimes we want something so much we forget all the other good stuff we have going on. It’s ridiculously hard to try to be patient and put it a side, I’m massively type A & like to control everything so this journey is particularly difficult for me, however what I am trying to say is we just need to realise no matter how much we stress or obsess it won’t make it happen any faster or slower than it’s meant to happen. X
