When is DPO start date?

When you say 'DPO' what do you mean? Do you mean the date you had LH surge or 48 hours after?

I might've been counting incorrectly 😅

I counted it as 24 hours after my peak (the highest reading on my strips, confirmed by a couple of lower readings after). Pretty sure that the apps use that system too.

Day 1 is the first day following ovulation. If you ovulated on Friday, then day one is Saturday, the first day after your ovulation.

Yes so you’d have you LH surge, the day after is likely to be ovulation, then the day after that is 1dpo.

Hi all, I hate going on these threads from years ago when OP haven't provided an update, so going back on my earlier posts to update - I wasn't pregnant the cycle I was on above, but the cycle after I tested OPK and counted properly.

Testing every day was really helpful as don't think I tested right the first month and had positive ovulation test BEFORE my fertile window - I had positive HCG on DPO9 (negative in AM but positive in PM) 🙂
