TTC pregnancy preparation

I am on cycle 1 ttc and I started taking folic acid. Besides, I am taking moringa caps daily for past 2 months. Are there any remedies or vitamins to boost chances for conception and healthy implantation? Do you have any advice for preparing for pregnancy? Thanks! 💖

If you haven’t already, go to your doctor and tell them your plans. They will order some routine blood tests to check your iron levels, folate and immunity levels and such.

my doctor recommended I take a prenatal vitamin, which I do.

get your teeth cleaned and checked as well and get your flu vaccine when it’s flu season.

don’t expect to get pregnant straight away, otherwise you’ll go insane. It can take up to a year for a healthy couple to fall pregnant.

stop drinking and smoking if you do, and exercise regularly. Eat whole foods.

if you don’t already, start tracking your cycle using an app so you can know when you will ovulate. Get an ovulation kit. Pay attention to your cervical mucus and learn what it means when it changes in consistency and volume.

good luck! I hope everything goes well for you.

Read it starts with the egg, that has some great stuff in there about supplements and diet.

Thank you so much for this, now I have a baseline I can start from. I already did most of things from the list, kinda shy on workout but I’ll do more. My blood results are fine (I check it every month) so I guess I should pass on vitamins till I concieve.
I was hoping it would be that easy to ttc but thanks for info, it gave me clarity not to feel down if it doesn’t happen right away.
