18dpo tests - help?!

I’m currently 18dpo, my cycle is usually 30 days and like clockwork. However I’m now 3, almost 4 days late on my period. I took 2 tests tonight and although people will think I’m utterly crazy I swear I can see the faintest shadow of a line on them. Someone please help😫 I used the clear and simple test strips so I don’t know how reliable they are!

Sorry OP, the photo is really grainy but looks negative to me, plus 3/4 days after missed period you'd expect a strong + by now, maybe you ovulated late

I’m sorry, this is not going to be encouraging. Check if the tests you are using picks up over 25 units. Try the early response one, it picks it up early. Over 10 hcg units.
I had 3 chemical pregnancy miscarriages, and this is only my experience but I’m sorry, I can tell you that faint line at 18 dpi is not a good sign. I know the desire is there to keep looking until you see something but for your own mental health look for clear dark line, a faint line a few days after a missed period is not a blessing, at that point it should be visible or it will likely go away anyway. However if you are trying for some time now, the more info you can give to your doctor the better. So try early response -the one that can detect 6days early, but only start at 14dpo and if you are it will pick it up and you will be able to deduce if there is an embryo and if there is an implantation issue - that is what happens when that bearly visible line is there. Actually there is quite a bit that can be done if that is the case. I’m attaching a picture of what I mean, different sensitivity test pick up differently, when this happens it’s not good but there is something the doctors can look in to.
