No symptoms .. 7DPO

2-5DPO I was having crazy vivid dreams, leg cramps, headaches and had one episode of spotting - so unusual for me after ovulation which led me to be convinced I was pregnant.
Now on 7DPO and nothing, slight headache this morning but that’s it.
Makes me think all the symptoms last week must just usually hormonal fluctuations/coincidences!
I know implantation hasn’t occurred yet, but thought maybe the symptoms were due to something going on hormonal outside of my usual cycle
did anyone go on to have a BFP with no symptoms in the first two weeks?

I had zero symptoms. Just a strong cramp that lasted about 5/10 minutes very sharp and that was it. I think it’s actually rare to get any symptoms until you’re a good few weeks pregnant

I get crazy dreams around ovulation too. I forget every single month until it actually happens!
