Agnus castus - any advice?

Hi,
I'm TTC #3. In my early/mid 40s so might not happen.

I have a short cycle, 22 days. My LP is short, ovulation usually Day 12 - 15 according to sticks and reading the signs myself.

I'm considering giving Agnus Castus a go. I think I took it before conceiving DC1

I figure at this stage it can only help 🤷‍♀️

Any comments/advice?

I take 1000mg daily every day of my cycle
its only recommended to take for 3 months then a break so I’ve done 3 months last year and now trying again.
so far no pregnancy
I find it stops pre period spotting for me though which I assume is a good thing.
you could give that and also b6 a try to lengthen your cycle. I’ve done b6 with a short cycle and it lengthened it within weeks
Mine is short too but I’m at 25 days with a 14 day luteal phase

im trying so much stuff just now that if I got pregnant soon, I wouldn’t be able to tell what helped!
im 40 too and ttc #4 but with a new partner
