Very low HCG at 5+1

So, after being worried about my pregnancy tests getting lighter, I went to private clinic yesterday and had my blood tests done.
results came back as 56.5, should be 5 weeks yesterday, but unsure about the ovulation exactly as my last period got missed completely. I was told 2 months ago definitely in peri and chances of conceiving with my own eggs were less than 2%. And now bang, I’m pregnant, but somehow I feel it’s too good to be true.
So obviously worried, PG tests seem lighter than last week, still no symptoms apart from twinging here and there. I will have to call the GP tomorrow to request another test, first one was done privately. But as I am not 100% sure about my dpi, I only know the date when my last period started, which was 2.4.
Any successful low HCG stories for 5-6 weeks?

I don’t think a one off HCG can really tell you much. You need to have another one 48 hours after the first to compare. If it’s going up, it may well all be fine. But there really is no way to tell until you have the second test.

Yes, that’s what I think, but GP surgery was not interested. And All this online booking is useless. It takes days before anything even gets to the doctor. I might have to call the private clinic again to do the comparison test again. And with weekend coming, I’m getting more stressed🤦🏻‍♀️

When did you first get a positive pregnancy test? The most sensitive tests detect HCG levels of 10 and these numbers should double every 24-48 hours meaning your HCG should be at least 40 by 4 days after your first test and at least 80 by 6 days after your first test.

9 days ago started with faint lines, but they never really progressed. And literally few mins ago I had some pink/brown discharge. Nothing heavy yet, but not convinced things are going well:(. Need to book blood test, but nothing available for today 🤦🏻‍♀️

In that case I would assume that sadly this is not a viable pregnancy Flowers

I would phone your local early pregnancy unit, not your GP. If you tell them you are pregnant and having bleeding they should bring you in. I have had three miscarriages and I've always done it this way. They did blood tests and scans the same day for me usually, or sometimes the following.
