Are these ovulation tests positive?

Hi all. Currently TTC and took these ovulation tests today (both at the same time). I am currently on cycle day 13. I had a miscarriage last month so my cycles are all over the place currently. Are these positive or not quite yet? I can't decide

I would say they are positive top one looks as dark and the bottom one looks slightly darker 😊
