Should I be worried about post ovulation temperatures?

Should I be worried about low progesterone? I am 4/5dpo. I know my temperature is high at the moment but it has slowly been getting lower. This is my second cycle post miscarriage. Last cycle my post ovulation temperatures were really low and from 6dpo they dropped below cover line and I got my period early (I actually think I had a second miscarriage as I got a positive test but then period came). Im worried this is going to happen again! Any advice?

This looks almost perfect in my view. Nothing to worry about, especially as it's fluctuating my no more than 0.1 of a degree and is much higher that pre ovulation. I have dips and peaks often and I think that's pretty normal so try not to over analyse. Looks like a great chart

Im actually the same dpo and going to get a day 21 superdrug progesterone test in a few days. I think it's about £60 but if you want a quick (relatively) cheap test for peace of mind it might be worth looking at!

My temp is much much lower than this post ovulation so your chart looks great!

Oh wow that’s a great idea, I didn’t think about that! Thanks so much! Good luck this cycle if you're TTC!!
