What are normal estrogen levels

Does anybody know what normal estrogen levels should be. I have been told mine is 200 is this okay.
I am feeling quite confused about hormone levels etc.

it says

"A high estrogen level result in the Day 3 test can signify that a woman has too few eggs or poor quality eggs."

I don't know if 200 is high though.

But - do you know if you have just ovulated? I think this will mean your estrogen levels will rise. What day of your cycle did you have the tests on?
