Clear blue test

I got a not pregnant result but when I opened the test it shows 3 lines. What does this mean? I’m also spotting since yesterday which was 12dpo. I’m confused.

I would take that as negative I don’t think the lines mean anything on the digis- I’ve had 3 lines and been not pregnant

Those tests often have 3 lines. The number of lines isn’t how they work unfortunately.
