Hi all
this is my period tacker, i got a positive OPK around cycle day 14, and BD once during fertile window (altho 3 days before ovulation) i am on wild yam cream to try support a pregnancy but have tested and got a negative on tests 10 dpo, 11dpo and 12dpo so im not pregnant.
I am now 13dpo and so dropped the wild yam cream 2 days ago, do you know when i will come on period? Normal time? Really hope i havent messed up my cycle, the prog really mimicked pregnancy symtoms but all symptoms are gone now and i defo dont feel pregnant at all.
