Implantation bleed or something to worry about

My period was due last saturday/sunday but never arrived. On the tuesday following a few crampish pains in my tummy very small bleed which were normalish in colour (as far as I remember) and then the next day a tiny spot of brownish blood. As by the saturday I had bleed no more I decided to do a pregnancy test which was positive. I assumed then that the small bleed was a implantation bleed but have read more on the internet and it seems that this happens much sooner after conception and not normally after when your period was due. I am now worried that this bleeding is a sign that something is wrong. I am feeling all the usual pregnancy signs sore boods/tiredness etc. Has anyone else experienced implantation bleed later that the norm?

I think it might have been an implantation bleed , but that you were later on in cycle than you thought,
or you might just have been getting some v early pregancy bleeding which has settled now which is v reassuring]
Overall it all sounds positive, but maybe you could book to see your GP next week sometime if you stilll feel worried

Thanks, I will go to see my GP tomorrow. Just started to panic this morning after I read more stuff in the internet. Too much information can sometimes be a dangerous thing when you are a born worrier.
