@SureLook oh it's hard. We both want three children, but I think we maybe differ a bit on how much practical annoyance we are prepared to endure to get there! Maybe we'll toss a coin. We've got a few days to decide 😬

Have you had any news about the sex yet @SureLook ? i think i am 3dpo - totally googling symptoms lol - i had a stitch type pain down there yesterday so i googled that - ive also got heartburn - googled that lol!

@VanessaShanessaJenkins99 no, I still haven't gotten the results 😫 I'm really hoping for today, otherwise I'll be waiting all weekend!
Aww, it's so hard not to symptom spot isn't it? We over analyse every little thing!

@SureLook fingers crossed they come today! I've never had NIPT but it must be nerve-wracking.
@VanessaShanessaJenkins99 oh we are back in sync! 1dpo today here. A bit early for symptoms at 1dpo though 🤣

@GrizzlyTheBear so I assume you decided to go for it this month then?

@SureLook yes apparently we did 🙈 I ovulated early, so in the end we made a decision, had sex about an hour later, then I ovulated the next morning 🤣 talk about cutting it fine!

@VanessaShanessaJenkins99 that's a lovely idea, but I'm going to say no, as I really am going to stop TTC soon (honest)! This may be our last cycle, although I appreciate I did say that last cycle!

I got my NIPT results back and all low risk 🥳🥳🥳🥳 the relief! Now just to get through the 12 week scan tomorrow 🤞🏻

@VanessaShanessaJenkins99 thank you for thinking of him! I've not told them yet cause I wanted to wait for my 12 week scan and NIPT results. I also felt if I told them early that my Mam would just worry so much so I wanted to wait until I was further along. He's not doing too great. He's on oral chemo now and it is just so hard going. He's lost a lot of weight, he didn't have any to lose, and he feels constantly hungover and has tingles all over his body. It's so horrible for him. I'm just praying for good results at the next review 🤞🏻

Ah bless him, I can't imagine what that's like for you ! I'm sure everything will be fine tomorrow. Did you find out the sex?
Yeah 6dpo today- did a test this morning! What a knob. Of course it was negative ! I'm going to try so hard to wait until Friday. Xx

@VanessaShanessaJenkins99 it's definitely an added layer of stress and anxiety but I'm hoping I can lift everyone's spirits with some good news for a change!
We did find out the sex but I asked them to post it out to me rather than tell me over the phone. I wanna do a little gender reveal balloon 😂 so I'll find out in a few days.

Ah, you're not a knob! Resisting testing is so hard. So you'll be 10dpo on Friday then? When is AF due?

Oh wow that's fab news @SureLook ! I really hope all goes well with your scan today. Your dad will love the good news I'm sure - is the gender reveal for your extended family or just for you and your husband?

@VanessaShanessaJenkins99 do you think you'll make it to Fri? A 12 day luteal phase is a real blessing when TTC, you are lucky! Mine is 14-15 days and it's a long wait!

Tuesday would be 14dpo - thats when i would predict ill come on. Fingers crossed i wont!

Sorry I'm only writing in now, girls. I was just so tired last night 😂 all was perfect at the 12 week scan. Strong heartbeat, measuring exact and a very active baby. The relief! I feel I can relax a bit now, especially with the NIPT results as well yesterday.

@GrizzlyTheBear the gender reveal video is just for us for fun. I'll show friends and family the video but it's not gonna be a big event 😂

I tested again this morning - 8DPO - nothing lol - i dont know why i do it to myself lol

@VanessaShanessaJenkins99 thank you! Ah, its so hard to resist. You do hear stories of people getting BFPs very early on. Are you sure of ovulation?

I got a super dark ovulation test on the 6th, and then on the 7th it was still really dark but marginally lighter than the one the day before and then on the 8th it was back to being my normal faintness -
I didnt get a hint of anything with my son until 9dpo and even then it was so faint! Implantation can happen anywhere between 6 and 12 days i think i read.
I know i should wait until Tuesday when my period should arrive but its just so hard.
My boobs feel solid, i have terrible indigestion and heartburn, keep waking up at 3am for a wee, i had a stitch for about 3 days last week right down there, and then period like aches until maybe yesterday!
