Oura ring & maybe ttc

Hey!!

I’ve only had my oura ring a few months & I still don’t really understand properly what I’m looking for in these trends regarding my cycle. What does this look like to everyone? Normal? Like my period is coming? Pregnancy? Pleeeease help. Just trying to learn about my cycle and what all these features really indicate lol.

They have really good guides on the app. You need to wear it every night for it to properly track and make predictions. You might have ovulated around the point when you’ve got the two blanks / 0s. It usually confirms ovulation after three days of temperature increase but only if you have a regular cycle - might be too soon for it to know if you’ve only had it a couple of months. Temp will continue to rise post ovulation and will then drop pre period.

This is my chart, the temps below the line are before I ovulated, the ones above are after and then the most recent 2 low ones are my period. I find it really easy to use! I do have natural cycles as well though to see the exact temp

I connect mine with natural cycles and it shows a proper graph.
im still getting used to it though
