Not sure when I ovulated. Help please?

Hi all, I'm not sure if I ovulated. I was thinking it was CD16, maybe? I've had lower tender and full breasts since after my ovulation days. Now mild cramps, but can you have PMS before implantation? I know it's too early for symptoms. CD13 was the only day to try to conceive, I guess my chances were low leading up.

i think it’s a combination of symptoms that let you gauge when you ovulated- I had sharp pain on evening of day 11 and my temp started slowly rising after so I’m assuming it was day 11 🤷🏼‍♀️

also you can have ‘pregnancy’ or pms symptoms from 1dpo as it’s just the progesterone rising. I’ve had both no symptoms and loads of symptoms and it’s both been nothing. I’ve had text book implantation pain that stopped me in my tracks in Asda and it ended up being nothing!
I think you are still in with a chance if you had sex on day 13 🤞🏻

@2025babyfever I seem to only ovulate from the left. Unfortunately I only have one fallopian tube on my right side, so my chances are slightly lower. The hormonal symptoms can be so confusing and it ends up being PMS.

I didn't know you can have PMS symptoms from 1DPO. I had no success last cycle. I'm now on CD11. I'm having early signs that ovulation is near again. CD16 or 17 is predicted dates. First breast tenderness, CM and then left side painful twinges seem to be my signs. I'm on metformin and I think it's helping me ovulate regularly.

I ovulated on CD16 last cycle and I've found out I get a rapid LH peak surge. Usually happens in the late evening. BBT was high after ovulation day and was low on CD2.
