Hello
Im 41 and my other children are older (teens) I lost a pregnancy in 2023, has anyone got any experience with older pregnancy’s and thyroid issues. My 3rd pregnancy was 13 years ago and I had an under active thyroid then and it didn’t cause my any issues but now I’m older it’s a worry, Today I got my BFP.

Are you taking thyroxine? it needs to be increased in early pregnancy. Ridiculously my GP had no clue about this and had to phone endocrinology for advice, this was several years ago though so I’ve no up to date advice.

Congratulations.
