Have I ovulated?
According to my Natutal Cycles chart I am now 9dpo but I've had 3 temperatures in a row that are below cover line. I have also been putting my temperatures on Fertility Friend who also thought I ovulated CD22 but now that I’ve had 3 low temperatures have said they don’t think I have. I had spotting between 5-7dpo and l've had an increase in creamy cervical mucus in the last few days. I’ve been on and off cramping for the last 3-4 days, sometimes pinches and sometimes dull, heavy cramps. These 3 low temperatures are quite abnormal for me. Has this happened to anyone else? I've been at my family in laws for the past 3 nights so could change of environment be causing the low temperatures?

Yes, change of sleeping conditions can absolutely affect temps - in fact pretty much anything can so it's hard to use data if you wake in the night at all or have travelled or been ill. Are you not using cheap LH sticks too?

Thanks for your quick response. This is my first cycle after a miscarriage (I should’ve mentioned that in the post) so in the first part of my cycle I was still testing positive on HCG tests so LH weren’t too accurate. I think I got a positive LH on CD 18 but disregarded it as I wasn’t 100% sure if it was true or not as the days before and after were still quite dark. I will use them again next cycle!

2 nights ago I woke up in the night sweating and felt really hot (not ill though) so I thought I would’ve had a higher temp that night but it was still low so I’m confused!

Oh sorry to hear about your miscarriage. It sucks. I would say you probably have ovulated, but suspect this month will be a bit of a mystery until it's over. Best of luck though!
