Contraception a few months before ttc

I had a baby 8 months ago we conceived within 2 months of trying. I then unexpectedly got pregnant a few weeks ago but unfortunately ended in an early miscarriage. Planning to start trying in the next 6 months anyone any advice on weather to take the pill (was on this for years before ttc with my first) or just be more careful with condoms the next few months

I would just be more careful, if you take the first couple of months to figure out when you ovulate then you can just avoid having sex during that time until you're ready to properly TTC. Sorry to hear about your miscarriage 💐 hope things work out for you!
