@Thisisouryear2025 good plan to get some more info and insight via the GP, never hurts to be informed. Helps to feel like you're taking the situation in hand too. All the best with it, be gentle with yourself as it is hard to not be negative sometimes!

I'm 7dpo today and exhausted. I work from home and fell asleep in front of my screen just before 12pm so I ended up spending my lunch hour napping. I'm back to work now and still exhausted + trying to keep my brunch (that I ate at 10am) down.
I usually try not to symptom spot even when I acknowledge symptoms because I know how heartbreaking that has been for me in the past. But it's hard not to symptom spot when I'm this exhausted and nauseous. But I am only 7dpo..

I said I'd test tomorrow and that's nearly here now so feeling quite proud! Saving my one non expired test for the morning 🤣 then I've got some new cheapies arriving.
Are expired LH tests equally unreliable/lacking sensitivity? I've got those too 🙄

I'm feeling quite optimistic for the morning tbh. I don't have any PMS symptoms (was a bit irritated by PIL but I don't think that's hormone related haha) and maybe it's silly but that weird faint positive with the faint control line is just niggling away at the back of my mind. I will no doubt feel a mug tomorrow if it's still neg. But I'm enjoying the optimism while it lasts and if I'm wrong, there's always cake.

@MM013 nausea is surely a symptom! Eek. So hard to not get carried away. I'm getting carried away for you. Probably not helpful sorry!! Have you got some FRER at hand? Could do one in a couple of days?

@hollyhocks2 Yay! I'm so glad you were able to set a deadline and wait until tomorrow.
I don't know for sure, but I don't think expired tests are unreliable unless they're super expired (like expired a few years ago). If they've only recently expired, I think it should be fine. It's not like they know the date they need to stop working.
Keeping my fingers crossed for when you test tomorrow!

It's definitely very hard not to get carried away. I'm trying my hardest not to. I do sometimes have fatigue hit me when I'm PMS-ing, but the nausea is new. I've just ordered some FRER off Amazon (boo) so they'll get here tomorrow, which is great because then I will be forced to wait until Weds to test (9dpo). I'm going to try my best to wait until Thurs though.

Yup. And it's even better than that - 40 cycles after a MC of a surprise pregnancy. I fell pregnant again almost 3 years after the earlier MC, I got to past CP territory, decent looking lines on a range of tests, 2-3 weeks on CB, approached 6 weeks so had started feeling safe....and then it happened on the exact same date as the previous one.

I'm lucky though that I have two wonderful daughters, even if this is the end.

My optimism seems to have evaporated. I'm in that PMS slump now. Snacking, annoyed at the mess around me, can't be bothered to fix it,l. I'm now tucked away with coffee and tv but not sure how long I'll be allowed to get away with that!

Guys I don’t know if you can see it or not but this line appeared within the 5 minutes. It’s just a cheap boots box of 5 ones. I haven’t had a line on any of my others so I’m freaking out lol I know it’s so faint and you probably can’t see it on camera

Yeah it’s definitely got colour to it in person I can’t get a decent focus picture. It’s probably nothing but I’ve taken a few the last few days and never once got a faint line or anything. I don’t have any first response tests. Il just be using the other 4 I have left out of this box x

I think that’s I potentially am today 11dpo and obviously wasn’t my fmu. Don’t get me excited 😂

Aww thank you. I’m trying not too get too excited because it might be nothing but it’s weird how I’ve taken a test at 9dpo and nothing and now I’m 11 there’s something 🤞🏼

@hollyhocks2yeah exactly I just thought I’d rather know sooner rather than later if there is an issue as I really don’t have the time with my egg reserve to wait! I also think that if they confirm all is well with both of us it will allow me to relax and enjoy the process rather than me being just sad about it not happening and wondering why. My last lot of tests came back great two years ago, apart from AMH which was a bit low. So I am hoping all is the same and DP is also ok. I feel like I’m going to start AF any day so probs am out 😥

@Butterflygirl23there is defo a line! Hopefully it is darker tomorrow! Maybe you only implanted a day ago so HCG is weak still but will get more in 24 hours and be more of an obvious line. Fingers crossed for you 🩷

my partner doesn’t believe this tests anyway so if I line came up more tomorrow he will want a CB 😂 but yeah il re test tomorrow hopefully af doesn’t appear. When will you be testing @Thisisouryear2025? X

Hi I had a CP last month. In TWW now. Can I have the best early pregnancy tests. All of them seem to have bad reviews and evap line/ false positive issues. Any suggestions please.

@Butterflygirl23it is defo a line! Maybe get a first response early result? I will maybe test tomorrow morning morning at 11dpo but only cos I have a test to use before it expires lol I feel exactly like my period will come so I have little hope this cycle!! X
