First Response positive but Clearblue Early test negative?

Hi all. I am still quite early if I am indeed pregnant (around 10DPO), but I'm a little confused! I took a First Response test yesterday which was positive, but I took a Clearblue Early test this morning (they're not as sensitive as First Responses but still pretty sensitive), and it's stark white negative?

I am so confused!

I think i would trust the first response. Have you got more of those. ?

None in the house no, but I've ordered some more 🤣

I would need to go to the shops immediately if it was me 😂

Last time I was pregnant First Response were the holy grail so I’d cautiously go with that result.

The First Response line looks thin and grey, like an evap line. I’d wait a few days and test again for a more accurate result.

You’ve been getting faint positives for a few days now haven’t you? You’d hope they’d be getting darker by now. FRERs are generally more sensitive than clearblue. I’d wait two days and test again. By that point if they are true positives, your HCG should have doubled enough to be seen on a 10miu digital test.

Yes I have, it's just so annoying and frustrating 🤣 thank you, it's probably best to just wait until AF is due.

I’ve read a lot of people trying the boots early tests. As far as I know they don’t say how sensitive they are but from what I’ve read they’re 2nd best to frer

I would say that first one is a faint positive and the clear blue is a false negative just because it’s less sensitive. I think just wait a couple of days and test again
